Third Gold Plate For The Studio Bistro

The Studio Bistro in Yallingup has won the 2013 Catering Institute Award for best Licensed Country Dining in Western Australia. What a thrill for the team at The Studio Bistro to win the prestigious Gold Plate Award for the third year in a row.
“We have all worked hard at maintaining a consistent high quality on the table and a friendly, professional service for every guest. Our aim is to ensure that everyone leaves the bistro happy with the whole experience and looking forward to their next visit.” say Sue and Nigel who opened The Studio Gallery & Bistro three years ago in a purpose designed building at the edge of the Leeuwin Naturalist National Park in Yallingup.
The Studio Bistro was also short listed for Excellence in Health and WA Fresh Produce Awards at the 2013 Gold Plate, recognising their commitment to sourcing fresh produce from local WA suppliers and the importance of health and hygiene in food service.

The Studio Bistro is proud to have won our second Gold Plate Award in as many years at this year's Gold Plate Awards hosted by the Catering Institute. Nominated for 'The Best Licensed Regional Dining', the Bistro team are thrilled to be recognised for our high standards of food and service.
Our friendly supervisor Victoria was also very pleased to be one of a select few nominated for the Best Waitperson for 2012.
Blair's Children's Menu gets thumbs up in The West Australian

The Studio Bistro has caught the attention of The West Australian food writer Olga de Moeller thanks to a delicious yet different children's menu.
Executive Chef Blair Allen believes children will make better choices if given the opportunity to eat well.
Hence a children's menu that features gnocchi in tomato sugo, crumbed barramundi with hand-cut fries and bitter leaf salad, and fillet steak with green beans, jus, chips and bearnaise.
